2. Service Refund Policy

Your experience matters to us! If you’re not completely satisfied with a service:

 

• Let us know at the end of the service or contact us within 24 hours by text, call, email, or message, and we’ll take care of it.

• For service packages, if you decide to cancel after your first session, contact us within 24 hours of that session. We’ll refund the package price but charge the single-session rate for the service received.

1. Product Refund Policy

We want you to love our products! If for any reason you’re not satisfied:

 

• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to let us know. You can reach us by text or call at 914-350-3513, email us at myskinandself@gmail.com, message us on social media, or click the chat bubble on our website.

• We’ll cover shipping costs to return the product, unless it’s a consumable (e.g., creams, serums), in which case, we ask that you notify us within 7 days if the product isn’t working for you.

• For eligible returns, the product should be in its original packaging.

3. Gift Card Refund Policy

Changed your mind about a gift card?

 

• Unredeemed gift cards can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Just reach out by text, call, email, social media, or use the chat bubble on our website, and we’ll refund the full amount.
