Acne is gone, but you have ice-pick or rolling scars?
Book a scar-focused consultation. The provider will identify whether the concern is within the device's intended use, screen for active acne and other contraindications, and discuss whether another medical or dermatology option is more suitable.
Just want better texture without commitment?
Compare a lower-downtime facial with microneedling only after screening. They address different concerns, and neither requires committing to a package before you understand the plan.
Bride/event in 6 weeks, struggling with congestion?
Schedule an assessment early and avoid trying an unfamiliar aggressive treatment immediately before the event. Timing depends on your skin, current products, sensitivity, and the service selected.
Common questions
Can microneedling get rid of acne scars completely?
No. Microneedling may improve the appearance of selected acne scars in an appropriate candidate, but response varies and complete removal is not a realistic promise. Some scar types require evaluation by a dermatologist or other medical specialist for alternatives outside our scope.
Can I do microneedling with active acne?
Active inflammatory lesions may make microneedling inappropriate. The treating provider must examine the area and review device labeling, infection risk, medications, and other contraindications. We may defer care and recommend medical acne treatment first.
